I watching the news at the background, I didn't know if it was senate or Congress. Pinakita ng PCSO yung list of winners sa mambabatas. One lawmaker commented na pare pareho surname ng ibang winners.

It seems pinasok na ng corruption din ang PCSO. Tama naman sabi nila na statistically improbable na sunod sunod winners ng malalaking jackpot in just one month.

Papano kaya? The numbers draw is legit as it can be seen on tv. Could they print the winning number after the draw with the time and date altered and assigned to a certain outlet? I think having pre-printed tickets randomly assigned to different outlets would be tedious but not impossible.
