    Bumili ako ng North Face na backpack sa SM last Jan. 2006. Mayroon syang lifetime warranty, libre repair pag nasira yung bag ,given na normal use lang.
    Last summer nasira yung garter band sa gilid, hindi ko siya maparepair kasi nawala ko yung resibo. Anu dapat kong gawin para maparepair ko siya free of charge o para ma-avail ko yung warranty?

    surewin, siguro dalhin mo ang backpack mo sa kung saan ka bumili then sabihin mo na misplace mo yung resibo, panigurado nasa inventory file nila yang back pack mo...

    and sana naalala mo pa yung exact date ng pagbili mo ng backpack para mas madali nila ma-trace yung receipt mo.

    Sa Daichi nga hindi ka na hahanapan ng resibo since all their items are covered by the lifetime warranty. hehehe. Baka ganyan din diyan.

    sa SM ko kasi siya binili, tapos sa Travel Club ang service center nya. Sana nga hindi na sila humingi ng resibo.

    AFAIK pag lifetime, no need for receipt... The bag itself is proof...

    tama ito, meron ngang speakers yung dad ko siguro mga mid 80's pa nila binili, na kursunadahan ko dinala ko dun sa daichi sa sm north (around 2001 i think) para i recondition, ang tinanong lang kung saan binili. Sabi ko na lang sa raon, pero i wasnt really sure. Pero after a while the novelty wore off, ang laking kahon kasi nakakapasikip lang sa kwarto ko kaya tinanggal ko din

    Nagpa-repair na ako dati ng Hedgren at Natural Flight rucksacks sa Travel Club. Pinakita ko lang yung transaction record ko sa credit card. Oks naman. Pero, noon yun ha - nung medyo bago pa lang ang Travel Club.

    Guys, update lang po.
    nadala ko na yung backpack ko sa Travel Club Megamall...
    tinanong ako nung sales clerk ung asan ung resibo...sabi ko nawala na po...sabi nya ok lang daw...hindi na nagtanong pa...

    surewin...pakitanong pala kung lifetime din ang samsonite? kasi may samsonite ako dito sira ang zipper...wala din akong resibo....

    sir, 2-4 weeks pa ako bago makabalik dun kasi yun daw lead time nila pag repair ng backpack, pag balik ko ask ko sila. Pero if you want you can call Travel Club Megamall at 634-1259 to inquire.

    Though....I feel for you sa warranty claim mo. There are rules/procedures that needs to be followed.

    Usually kasi, may mga "fine print" yung mga nagbibigay ng lifetime warranty. A store is not obligated to honor any warranty claims unless it's stipulated sa terms and conditions.

    Magandang pakingan ang lifetime warranty. But most of the things I see are just marketing gimmicks....bait and switch yan. Ang daming terms and conditions.
