Shang Properties (SHNG) of billionaire Robert Kuok will launch three new residential condominium projects with a combined 340,000 square meters of space in 2023.

SHNG chairman Edward Kuok Khoon Long, Kuok’s nephew, said the company would start development of its land acquisitions in Pasig and Quezon City to pursue “sustained growth” amid the challenges brought about by the pandemic.

ang problema pag titira ka ng condominium tapos bawal LPG eh puro sa restaurant or takeout lagi kain. Tapos kain nyo puro kfc, jollibee, donut juicecolored = ang dali nyo magkasakit nyan every 3weeks nagkakasorethroat. Suki na uminom ng antibiotic. Eh ang problema jan pag hindi sinusunod duration ng inom = antibiotic resistance

Ako last na inom ko antibiotic eh year 2004 pa ata. Basta sobrang tagal more than 15years na.

i lived quite comfortably using electric oven.
it's actually easier than lpg.

only the tamads or those who do not know their way in the kitchen,
are fated to source their ready-to-eats from external establishments.

also,
it's cheaper to cook one's own food.
one can also customize the product.

Electric stove and lpg are the same, they cook with external heat, mas mura lang ata lpg kaya preferred cooking method ito.

some years ago, one such condo explosion was believed to have been caused by an LPG leak from one of the units.
