hmm... parang over naman 'to si Lim on baywalk. 'lam ko tourist spot yan ah sayang naman kung walang inuman sa gabi. diba sa ibang mga bay area sa mundo meron naman ganyan sayahan.

well-guarded naman ang Baywalk ng pulis kung may manggulo. pakain pa nga ng mga restos ang mga pulis dyan so that they do their duties well :hehehe:

i have high-respects for Gen. Lim since his NBI chief days pero parang wala naman sya concrete na na-solve dito

Agree ako sa pag linis ni Mayor Lim sa Baywalk. Mas luminis at gumanda tignan, naging maaliwalas. Nung nandyan yung mga establishments, ang gulo at ang dumi tignan nung lugar, nasayang yung pag papaganda nung place kasi hindi na me-maintain. Yung mga tiles, nasira na at puro basura.

About the old cinemas, I agree that we should tear them down. Unless they can renovate it.
