my wife got me a tumi tech laptop backpack a few years ago .. it's not big but big enough for laptop, accessories and a couple of shirts .. it will be too small for a big jacket though but alright for a light wind breaker..

i have another tumi tech stroller that has a laptop compartment which i use for travelling .. small enough to be considered a handcarry ..
