Very true and hindi lang sa bank but in all business aspect i suppose meron degree of recognition ang mga clients. Kung Privilage, Priority or Prestige client ka, walang pila-pila yan. You can even just give them a call para pagdating mo ready na lahat for you to sign.
I beg to differ on that. Their online banking is down more often then the others and doing fund transfers entails having to go to the branch to enroll the accounts you'll FT to if i'm not mistaken.
I agree here 1000X. VIP ka if you have a mix of their products (business loans, private banking, trust, etc.)
Yesterday at my BDO branch, I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes before I was entertained by one of the staff. I wasn't really angry or anything because I could plainly see everyone of the staff (tellers & services) was busy with their clients and doing their best to quickly finish and move on to the next client.
An officemate told me that you can get on the preferred clients queue if you have a gold ATM or credit card.
i think part ng CBA yung limited number of tellers per bank...and the Ayalas are quite accomodating to the union(s). i don't understand the logic behind it though.
Transacted with bpi kanina.
I never had an experience with other bank aside from BPI, it depends on the branch you are transacting with. Some are good and some are not so good.
The good thing with BPI is that they have a reliable online banking system.
Not really. From my experience, BPI online banking worst than BDO's online banking system. And I find BDO's system easier to use and update my info. With BPI, I have to go to the branch to add more payee accounts. Major hassle.
With BDO, I just select them from a list.

i agree with this, dati security bank ako, and i think because its bancnet almost all of my bills online ko nababayaran including most credit cards, napakalaking convinience, nung lumipat ako sa BPI, halos lahat ng online payments nawala sa options, i have to go to bank to apply payee account, which i plan obe of these days pag sinipag, haha.
One thing I like about BPI is yung instant deposit using the cash machine. hehehe. Bibihira gumamit eh, takot siguro, kaya walang pila.
