I created this thread so that guys like us would ask questions about certain oddities we notice whenever we drive around Metro Manila. Maybe someone does know the answers to the questions you ask yourself everyday. If you are going to answer a question, kindly quote it para malinaw lang.

Does anybody know where the tunnel under the The Fort - Buendia flyover leads to? Or kung anong plano ba nila doon?
