I don't think that jueteng can be stopped, there's a huge pile of money involved, the gambling lords have oodles of money and can payoff or liquidate anyone who's going to squeal on them. It's been here since 50's or the 60's. Is it me or has anyone noticed that everytime there's an anti jueteng campaign, it's only the kubradors that get arrested and not the gambling lord himself?
