    Hi guys,
    I just got myself a 1.3 month old jap spitz. Cute dog actually. Just some questions:

    Food: I just bought her a royal canine dog food na for fluffy dogs. I used to give her milk only but now balak ko haluan at medyo palambutin muna yung dogfood sa milk paunti unit. Okay lang ba ito?

    Bathing: Hindi pa daw pwede paliguan so pinupunas punasan ko nalang muna ng bimpo once in a while after playing.

    Vaccines: No shots yet. Pwede na ba for her first shot?

    Observation: Parang tulog sha ng tulog...ganun ba talaga yun? pero pag gising naman nakikipaglaro naman. I'm just worried kung bakit parang antukin. haha. I bought her a huge play pen last night para mas malinis. I also want to avoid her licking dirt kasi. Tama ba decision ko. Napansin ko kasi umiiyak pag nilagay sa play pen..or baka hindi lang sha sanay pa?

    Dogs sleep a LOT. Baka hindi ka lang sanay, is this your first pet?
    Yung umiiyak, normal yun kasi bagong environment, hindi pa talaga siya sanay.

    Alpha_one: I had a Pomeranian Spitz but I gave him to my GF already so I don't have much background in raising one.

    Maybe Im just scared and paranoid coz the dog is still too small and looks fragile. Natatakot nga ako sa first shot niya kasi daw sobrang mangihina. Sana lumaki na.

    Personally, I can't give any recommendations on shots or food. Although, all the dogs our family had slept a lot...

    Bata pa yan, matutulog yan ng madalas habang lumalaki. Nothing to worry about.

    About the play pen, di pa siya sanay. Since wala pa siyang experience, natatakot yan being in the play pen dahil it makes her claustrophobic. Make sure you keep the door of the play pen open so she can go out and learn to open the door. That way she can make it her own.

    normal po sa ganun edad ang matulog para lumaki sya, also binibigyan mo ng milk kaya po natutulog. heheheh! vaccines, try mo on 2months. dalhin mo sa vet, meron procedures don kung ano ang mauuna, 6-1, 5-1 shoots last ang anti-rabbies.

    bro yun puppy namin ni m2,binigay sya sa amin mga 1 month and 3 wks ata.
    ngayon mag 3 months na sya. dalhin ko na sya sa vet for a shot.

    sa food. actually nagbreed ako gn dogs before. daming bawal..kaso yun aking mother eh super pasaway... kaya kung ano kinakain namin..yun din kain nung puppy. pasaway mother ko..everyday naliligo yun puppy...sa awa ng dyos ayun ok pa naman sya at super healthy at di naman nalulugas yun balahibo.

    at eto pa.. yun brother ko na mas makulit pa sakin eh..pina-inom ng choco drink yun puppy. aba..yun tuta..kumakawag pa yun buntot.

    Guys,
    Thanks sa lahat ng mga replies. The more that I get excited. I plan to bring her to the vet tomorrow for check-up. Mukhang masyado pa nga sha maliit for a shot. Hindi pa nga makalakat ng tuwid eh. hehe.

    Nakakatuwa talaga sha. Whenever people in the house has a chance, they bring her out of his pen and play with her. Yung play pen lang is to contain her para hindi kung ano ano ang dilaan.

    M2: Naku bawal choco sa dogs ah. hehe. Pasaway kayo. haha.

    Name niya: NUNIM. Haha hindi kasi magkasundo ang nanay ko at mga kapatid ko sa pangalan kaya NUNIM (No Name) nalang daw.

    Wag mo kalimutan padede-in ha

    Malambing yan, parang cotton ball sila pag natulog hehe. Wag mo lang bigyan ng chocolates. Wag naman Nunim, how about something related to her personality? I'm sure it's emerging, if not evident.

    When my dad got a new puppy umuwi ako just to see her. Same thing when we got a Labrador pup and a Mini Pinscher. Too adorable to resist!

    hehehe! pasaway bro a. teka, have some advice lang po. : wag po yun choco painom, meron kasing maglagas at mangati ang dog don., pls read some ingredient ng choco. also, wag po everyday ang ligo, kahit every other day. kailangan ng dogs ang oil sa katawan, kung everyday sya naliligo, nawawala yun parang mantika sa katawan nya na nagcre-create ng dog coat nya. just a piece of advice lang po.

    Salamat salamat sa lahat ng advice. Haha. We tried to change her namen pero sa nunim na talaga kami nasanay so yun.

    I brought her to the vet yesterday and she was able to get her first de-worming. After two weeks daw ibalik ko for her first vaccine.

    Grabe nakaka de-stress sya lalu na kung makulit.
