Like what uls said parati kang may utang sa katawan mo, besides sleeping at 3am is never healthy. You should be fully rested by that time and your body recovering from all days work.
Your body can't fully recovered because of your nightly wake, my thyroid problem ka pa among other things. Wag matigas ang ulo.

Naisip ko rin baka tumaas yung grade ng mata ko kaya hindi matanggal headache ko
Masama nga yung binabaligtad ang araw. My cousin took the night shift before, kung ano anong sakit tumubo (diabetes etc) Now she can't work anymore.
