    Happened to my secretary last year. First time she applied for a globe line, she was informed that there were two lines already in her name and both past due and disconnected. According to her, she never had a globe post paid line.

    Problem sa globe, outsourced ang customer service nila sa tech mahindra sa eastwood and some other call centers. So having the confidence that their phone agents will do the right thing isn't there.

    ipa-blotter mo na... para may document ka na someone is doing an identity theft on you.

    it will help you later on kung makakuha na sila ng phone and globe runs after you. will also help kung same info is used to apply fraudulent loans and credit card.

    Wow, this is scary and very alarming. Lumalaganap na pala instances ng identity theft dito sa Pinas.

    Suggest to report it in writing to Globe and NTC. Have the report duly received and keep a record of that received report for future reference, and/or use.

    If Globe cares, they should initiate an investigation into what you reported if only to find out if it is an inside job and give you proper feedback.

    Nagviral na sa FB yung post ni boybi. Unless there is another person with exactly the same case with Globe.
