    Di pa nag umpisa ng water cut off sa gabi in true QC since the start of 2020 ...

    Angat's water level improved by .10 m from yesterday... But still below compared to the start of 2019.

    i agree.
    the supply has always been there.
    but the demand is increasing.
    everyone is thinking of ways to increase supply, but little is being done to reduce the demand in the long run (i.e., population control).
    ok lang dumami condo, basta lang walang nakatira. heh heh.

    so you're denying that last year's rainy season started late and didn't rain as much as previous years?
