Sa prabins lang applicable yan kags.
Dito sa Maynila wla space for tanks and plumbing.

purpose ng rain catchment pang flush sa comfort room and if may filtration pwede na panligo.
malaki din tulong to hold rain para hindi bumaha or to lessen

June 24th, 2019 04:33 PM #384easy to do if one has the space.
also, catching it and storing it is one thing. using it is another thing. one has to have the proper piping.
but yes, i can see the financial advantage.
as a way to diminish flooding, i think it's not going to be a significant improvement.

Problem is a big majority of HH can't afford a catch basin big enough to support a house during drought season.
Even if you combine all rich people to do this, their impact would be negligible imho kasi they would only build a catch basin probably designed for their own consumption and for an "x" amount of weeks or days in reality.
But yeah, if I have the money, I would do this para kahit papano may maitulong nga sa community sa dry season.
Finding another source of reliable water pa rin talaga ang best solution. It is a public concern afterall and all waters are technically state-owned. They better do their job.
