Same here in Mandaluyong, patuloy yung rotational water interruption, Bgy Namayan 6pm to 5am walang tubig.

Too expensive both in cash and energy and not cost-effective for our case where there are other sources. Worth it for say Mid-East countries with large petrodollar reserves and little to no alternative water sources.
