googling, some numbers i vaguely recall, include 1 dollar per cubic meter cost of manufacture.
are we willing to pay up to three times our current bill?
personally, i don't know.

but eventually, the question won't be " how much? ". it'd be " is it available? ".

I'll probably do it since meron ka nga pera wala naman mabiling water.
