Supervisor yung position ng friend ko, she's been with the company for more than 5 years now, kung overall stats lang pag basihan yung lalake sana (last in sa group) ang matatangal, since basketball player si kuya at maraming politica ng kaibigan sa account, kaya ang pinag basihan nila sa pag float ay CSAT (para lang may masabi na meron pinag basihan), remember the CSAT thing is not an issue with our account and the memo was given to my friend ay 2 days before the effective date of her floating.
Take note eversince naging supervisor friend ko, wala siya kahit anong "correction action" natangap sa mga managers niya..kasi masipag siya mag trabaho.
Kaya minsan hinde fair sa mga callcenter mag work, kasi yung mga basura (sorry kung may matamaan hehehe lolz) pa ang tinitira nila at yung mga masisipag mag trabaho ang pinag iinitan.
Mahina loob ng friend ko sa ganun bagay pero naawa ako sa kanya, kasi single parent of 1 then bread winner pa sa family niya..kaya she really need this job, kung agent position lang, kahit bukas makakahanap siya ng work sa ibang call center, kaso supervisor siya, kaya it will take time for her to find a job with the same position level.
i was thinking, to help her kahit umpisa lang to consult a labor lawyer (kaso wala siya pang bayad), i heared that pag ganitong issue, pag pumunta ka sa DOLE ay prebono siya, sabi ng iba pag aagawan karaw ng mga lawyers dun dahil sure win yung case niya..
Any help for my friend will be greatly appreciated.

Diba madali lang mag jump from 1 company to another?
To add supervisory level na siya.
The time and effort that will be exerted sa paglaban niya? I suggest its better off to look for a new company.

madali po mag jump from 1 center to another if agent position, kahit nextday may work kana agad..
pero pag officer level...normally naka for pooling ka..or depende kung mass hiring ng officer yung center.
our plan is to have her look for another job first then if she was able to get one, thats the time she can sue her previous center for illegal something i don't know..
she can do that right?

sa call center, kailangan tall/pogi/maganda, packs/***y, athlete (preferably basketball player type) type para may future ka..
kahit bobo sa english basta meron kang mga to...maganda career mo dito..lolz

Dont we call them call boys and call girls? Lol! Just kidding, my daughter works in a BPO so I dont refer to those companies as call centers but rather as GBCs - global business centers.

If your friend is as good as you say she is, she would not be "floated" or terminated. Even if she was, it would be easy to find another job considering she is very qualified (according to you).
