Most probably, Valbuena yung aunt nya kung sa lugar namin nanggaling. Although may Balbuena talaga, I have not known one in our place.

Beach life is indeed not for everyone. Either you really love the sea or you're rich enough to afford a secluded but secured and comfortable abode close to the beach. You must have 2 things, a really good source of water and electricity. Those are a must. Again a river or creek that runs through your property would be ideal as well.

Much better if you have a farm by the other side and the beach on the other. Perfect setup. It's even better if you know how to fish and cultivate as well. Sa lugar namin mukhang check dyan sa lahat ng binanggit mo. As I've said, the beach is just 100~200m from us, at yung mga bukid less than 300m naman. Pwede ka rin mag-mountain climbing, an activity I haven't tried there yet. For me, high speed internet na lang talaga ang kulang. What also complicates it for me/us is that we're still both paying for our mortgage so wala pang budget for a vacation house or repairs sa existing one. Yung mga bagets naman are not interested in a rural life.
