I totally understand what you are saying coz I once stopped my brother when same thing happened. I think it happened about 5-6 years ago during one of my visits in Davao. What was worse was he pulled-out his gun(politico kasi, he has permit to carry. Don't ask me how they do it over there).

Awang-awa ako sa driver of the other car coz he probably just got his driver's license. Alam mo na ang mga teenagers. Dami din kasi mga astig sa Davao. The driver on the other car got really pale and can hardly talk when my brother was talking to him.
