bad trip nga yan.. at least sa kahuli hulihan walang nangyaring untoward / violent.. charge mo na lang to experience... at sana ay wag nang maulit muli...

pag dating naman sa outlet para pasingawin yung nabubuong pressure / stress sa loob.. ganyan din ako... i thought i've tried everything... you are into weightlifting.. and i've tried that before... here are some others that you can try (warning though, some of them are really maintenance heavy..):
- target shooting (for fun or competitively)
- aikido (very effective for me because of ukemi)
- talking it over with someone who's willing to listen (mura lang to)
- scuba diving (nakaka relax talaga pag makakita ng maraming isda)
- iiyak mo (sometimes it works.. if you're that type of person)...

always don't forget to pray for guidance...
