Professional squatters already have turned this into a living.

They squat in the city. The government gives them land and a title at a relocation site. The squatters either sell the land or rent it out. Then they go back to the city to squat some more and the cycle goes on.

Saludo ako sa Court Sheriff! Di dumaan sa pakiusap at tinuloy yung trabho niya. Those ILLEGAL SQUATTERs have no other choice now but to accept the P24K offered by the Madrigals and tear down their REINFORCED Concrete barong barong. They actually got more than what they deserve. The idiotic LINA LAW says that if the goverment cannot provide a relocation site, an equivalent of ONLY two months minimum salary should be given...

About the North Triangle property, NHA gave those undeserving ILLEGAL SQUATTERS another 2 months grace period... =P

Conscript them into the armed forces where they'll be fed, clothed and paid (albeit a bit less). They'll also be taught discipline (sana). And they'll be of use to the country.

TAPOS SHOOT TO KILL pag nag AWOL!

MANILA, Philippines – Disgruntled residents of Sitio San Roque in North Triangle, Quezon City trooped to the National Housing Authority on Monday, asking to be relocated to Bulacan instead of Rizal, a 990AM report said.
Roughly 1,800 families, set to be relocated to Montalban, Rizal as their homes were being demolished to make way for a business district, asked the NHA to purchase a 12-hectare land in Barangay (village) Muzon, San Jose del Monte City in Bulacan.
The report quoted Maria Eden Galvez, vice president of the Samahang Nagkakaisa sa North Triangle, as saying that the North Luzon Expressway was more accessible from Bulacan. This would make it easier for them to earn a living from the area, she said.
The residents also demanded that each relocated family be given P50,000 to help them start over as well as livelihood programs.
P50K each for livelhood programs ah???

Huge Traffic Jam due to QC Squatter Demolition.
