How to verify authenticity of SPA from consulate?

How can I check if the SPA executed in another country and acknowledged by the consular office is legit? May ribbon and seal naman ng consular office, pero di ba madali lang naman i-fake yun?

Also, yung signed acknowldgement ng consul is just on a plain bond paper. May ribbon and gold seal lang sya.

You can go to the DFA Consular section to verify the genuineness of the acknowledgment. They'll tell you if its legit or not.
