How can I check if the SPA executed in another country and acknowledged by the consular office is legit? May ribbon and seal naman ng consular office, pero di ba madali lang naman i-fake yun?

Also, yung signed acknowldgement ng consul is just on a plain bond paper. May ribbon and gold seal lang sya.
