    I feel good. I just came back from my medical appointment. Blood pressure okay (113/74, pulse: 55). Not bad considering I get "white coat" syndrome Hemoglobin A1C test okay (<5.7).

    My knees and left ankle aren't sore (from basketball) anymore.

    I haven't been to the gym while I rested my knees and ankle. I'll go back on my next day off. In the meantime, I'll get back into the groove by juggling the soccer ball at home.

    disappointed, i've been to seatmate mandaluyong yesterday to post an order. the pattern maker/magsusukat wasn't available daw yesterday and i was advised to go back on thursday for the measurements and delivery would be after a week,,, kahapon lang nakatyempo ng butas sablay pa.
    sluggish with on-off low fever since yesterday, sore throat.

    Tired but good. Another busy shift. Another day where I earned my pay. There was a lightning show almost throughout my shift. It finally died down during shift change.

    Rats. I was hoping to take some photos when I got home.

    Was a bit sad since one of my favorite cartoons (which i watch with my kids) aired its final episode on our local Disney Channel over the weekend.
