katakot na talaga bumili sa palengke these days.. baka nga alcohol might not mitigate the delta virus.. i used to spray coins and bills when the vendor gives it to me.. as well as the purchased items.. todo alcohol ako niyan..

I am also the same, wala akong wallet, ang pera ko nakalagay lang sa plastic and I alcohol money. Yung coins sinasabon ko. Sobrang losyang ko na nga, sabi nga ng BFF ko I sacrificed fashion for health/safety (and yet na covid pa ko) Kasi nga even yung bag ko yung material parang plastic para pwede ko din i alcohol. Imagine pag nasa mall ako at naglabas ako ng pera, nasa plastic HAHAHA!

i used to wear a beltbag, until someone said it was passe, na pang-matanda lang yon.
i have a buddy bag. the contour allows beside-the-skin positioning, and is less likely to 'fly' and get in the way of everyday movement.

doc, I rarely wear pants. I hate it. It's so much easier to wear a dress - just slip it on and done. Pag pants, magiisip pa ko pang itaas hahaha

Bukod dun wala ako kasama, mag-isa lang po ako bumibyahe.. Malungkot, tapos yung transpo allowance din hotel to work ang pwede, ang mahal ng Uber dun one-way minsan Php5K na (opo, compute ako ng compute kasi wala naman ako pera pang bakasyon).. Katatapos ko lang mag-Japan nun, kaya ubos na ang budget ko for travel..
Hanggang steak lang ako at dahil walang gulay dun, salad lang at broccoli lang ako ng broccoli..

Hindi ko alam kung matatawa ako or maiinis kasi nananahimik ako kumakain ng oreo when out of the blue my Mom told me "you don't stop eating" LOL! Then she told me na I better drink lots of water. I told her, kita naman niya how many liters I drink a day. Then she goes on saying masama daw sa kidneys and tonsils ang chocolate. Nawalan tuloy ako gana, sarap sarap ng chocolate covered oreos ko

Mom ko ayaw ako tigilan sa weight ko hahaha! I compare ba ko sa kanya na 88 lbs with 23" waistline. I never reached that waistline even at my thinnest e malaking bulas naman ako siya petite

I am so annoyed with my manyak officemate! Nag survive lang ng covid without meds parang he is better than us na (who took meds) Nag acetylcysteine lang siya and nothing else. Honestly, I was so worried kasi he is unvaccinated and obese. Even before the pandemic he had trouble breathing already because of his weight. Totoo talaga sabi ng Pulmonologist ko that it affects people differently. Hindi porque healthy living mild or senior/comorbidity severe.

Shocked lang ako what he said about doctors na baka placebo lang daw nangyayari samin sa mga meds na binibigay ng doctors (so basically we could have survived it without meds) I told him that numbers don't lie - I have lab tests to back it up. Also, my pulmo avoided meds for me nga, nag 92 o2 lang talaga ako kaya I was given. I survived 8 days with just supplements. Even my Paulinian friend developed pneumonia so dapat di siya nag meds?!?!

He reminds me of anti vaxxers He told me pa na nung time na 92 and 94 siya lumalakad lakad pa siya para palakasin katawan niya WTF and never even considered the hospital. I don't even know if he consulted a doctor. Definitely he did not get a covid panel test (lab works sa inflammatory markers) or chest xray. He would not have swabbed if I did not convince him. Medyo nagabot kasi pagka positive namin kaya wala rin ako too much energy para masubaybayan siya. Naiinis tuloy ako. Bakit may mga tao na feeling superior dahil malakas katawan nila.
