Bro, just go cold turkey. Tapos kelangan sobrang busy para makalimutan mo talaga. Was also a smoker. Max ko dati 1 pack a day. Then one day I just went and stopped. Haven't touched the stuff since.

Edit: carbs pala pinaguusapan hehe. For carbs I just remind myself that I have a lot more energy the less carbs I eat. Di ako inaantok sa hapon.
2 packs ako before...ewan ko ba dyan sa kellogs...kain ka daw marami pag morning ng cereal para maraming energy throughout the day...the opposite happens

I don't know how I am supposed to feel. I was going to use my old writing pad and found a page where I wrote down all my account numbers and passwords and pins. I had instructions on where my insurance, retirement and cash goes. My retirement proceeds will go to my fat lab hahaha.

It makes me wonder WHEN I wrote that and WHY. I've been depressed too many times that I don't know anymore

That's why I am a proponent of standing meetings.

People have a lot of things to accomplish.

But my boss would like to talk for hours... Very inefficient... Extremely tiring and unproductive.

    Am not bro.

Meetings are important in our organization to make sure that information is properly understood by the different functional departments.

What I hate is holding them down outside of the reasonable time for the meeting... Discussions normally peak and then go down... If I sense that, I'd ask if there are questions and if none, then the meeting is adjourned.

Email culture for whatever it's worth leaves a lot to individual interpretation on important issues. And so I usually thresh it out with the concerned parties, with a cup of brewed coffee... 😎😊

Mga meetings na yan madalas pwede naman sa email na lang unless may critical na issues na kailangan settle. I had a boss nag set sya ng meeting para lang sabihin na kailangan kami mag uniform lagi sa work.

    ito doc mga kuro-kuro...

Does using a stun gun on car antenna ruin its electrical system?
I heard that is someone usies a stun gun on the antenna of a car it will ruin its computer and electrical systems. if it true?

Best Answer: Probably not. The radio will certainly be damaged but most likely isolated from the rest of the car by the fuse. Interesting experiment. Let us know how it works out.

Its certainly possible.. The main lead from the antenna goes right to the radio, but the outer lead on the coax type cable thats used for antennas is ran to vehicle's ground. I'd say that its entirely possible to damage the ECM on a highly computerized vehicle just by hitting the antenna with a stun gun. Also the Voltage and amperage would play a huge role on what (if any) damage it would cause. The average vehicle's Ignition coil puts out around 20k-30k Volt, but at a very VERY low amperage.

I don't think so, if that could be possible then no one gonna keep the stun gun inside the car, think about it antenna is directly connect to only sound system and nothing else its work and stun gun's relation with the electric system doesn't fit anywhere,

It will never affect it. The antenna only connects with the stereo system. The latest technology of cars nowadays are even lightning proof. So no need to worry about it.

I feel like crying I just came back from a meeting with my VP in Manila and she informed that I just won a global wide award given annually for excellent performance. She had to fight for it because aside from the recognition, there is a cash price so the whole company is only allotted x number of people! (Last time I won this was in 2015 together with my German boss and it was our VP in HQ who nominated)

OMG! I really don't think I deserve this considering my tardiness but I am so happy that my boss goes beyond my lates and absences and sees what I can deliver. She is leaving by June so I am so sad that her replacement might not value me as much as she does. Last November yung VP in HQ naman namin ang umalis. I am losing my network!

But anyway manlibre daw ako sa buong department
