they have..unfortunately their system s*cks..I even called them to let them know the situation and they verified the registration to the promo..checked the comments in the app and voila!they have the same complaints though no one figured yet the workaround except me lol

yeah check it after 24 hours kung gagana parin. ang kulit naman nyan sim na yan ^_^

Bros,- riding on this waze question,- anyone here who has experienced persistent "Seeking GPS. Showing approximate location",- and has recovered from it...?

Tried the suggestions in the waze website and even downloaded GPS status and toolbox,- still the same issue....

Been an issue for me with me android phone. I just ignored it bro and switched to google map.

Anong phone bro? Pag walang glonass gps, sablay talaga.
So far xperia phones ko lang ok gps
Yun sa lenovo, samsung and lg (lalo na china phones) kungdi hi end wag kana umasa ok gps all the way, nawawala wala talaga kahit ano pa install mong app.

Thanks bro.,- it was not the case in the past,- so something changed in my handphone...

Other handphones (same make or make and model) have no issue on this,- and so this is puzzling....

G4 bro... Bigla na lang hindi makilala o ma-interface ng waze at gps status and toolbox apps ang GPS ng phone,- so something changed in the phone... Did a reset of the AGPS data and downloaded a fresh one, as recommended in the internet,- same issues.... Labo....

Sa toolbox ba nag coconnect or di narin?
Edit: wait g4 ba yung hi end or "beat" version?
Beat version or mini versions kasi tend to scrimp sa ibang add ons eh

Safe to assume hardware or firmware related sya. Nag update ka ba OS? try google maps bro and other navi apps, pag ok naman, baka recent update lang nakadale sa waze.
