    Ano ba naman buhay eto. I'm the only non-senior waiting in line for the doctor. It makes me want to go home or just see my cardio This is so depressing

    hi cathy. back pain ba? i have long term major back pain and started using tens device (i.e. alleve direct therapy) the year since i owned it i have no major episodes where my back gives up and im disabled or unable to get up. give it a try if you havent. hope you feel better soon.

    transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation device. basically electric pads to stimulate the nerve for pain management and endorphin release. i can be driving, walking, or doing things while attached on my lower back. i used to have this as part of my back therapy (ultra sound, tens device, stretching). i use it anytime i feel my back either overused or getting a little sore and stiff. highly recommend this for back problems.
