I have a schedule na for tomorrow.

The pains comes when the stone leaves the kidney and enters the tube that lead to whatever women use to pee. Once it passes through, the pain dissipates until the next stone enters the tube.

I asked my uncle what he did when passing a stone. He would walk around the house, drinking a lot of water. The pain would subside after maybe an hour until the next one. There's a whole list of foods he must avoid or cut down on to minimize the formation of the stones. If you like chocolates, say goodbye. It's one of the causes of kidney stones.

For the past 2 days I would wake up with pain on my lower left portion and it radiates to my whole lower back. It hurts when I pee (enough to cry) and yes the pain dissipates in 1 or 2 hours siguro. It's been 4 hrs since I woke up, no more kirot but still a little discomfort.

Ang weird kasi years na ata back pain ko and I thought it was only due to my weight gain since I have scoliosis. Past 2 days lang ako nagigising sa kirot As much as thinking if I will go to the ER. After I pee the pain dissipates nga.

But for the rest of the day it doesn't hurt when I pee. Nakakainis kasi.conscientious ako in drinking enough amount of water then this happens. I've always been paranoid about having heart problems, kidney disease or diabetes

Nope. The stones were tiny enough to pass through the body's waste system. Within a week of changing his diet to safe (and unappetizing ) foods, the incidence of kidney stones dropped to almost nothing. But, it came back whenever he ate the forbidden foods. That kept happening until he started to lose some weight. Once he lost some weight (20-25 lbs), He was able to resume eating small amounts of the forbidden food.

He was the grumpiest person I ever saw during his ordeal. So, I knew kidney stones aren't to be taken lightly.

He had some medication during the observation period.

I'm so depressed. I'm too young to get kidney stones My Mom and my Dad had kidney stones too but they were in their 40s when is happened and they did not need operation. I am only in my 30s I do eat a lot of chocolates, I thought only salty foods caused kidney stones

Tomorrow I'll go to the doctor. Ilang months ko na dine delay kasi hate ko talaga hospitals Problematic pa ko dahil wala na makain fat lab ko. Later in the evening wala na siyang food. Hay!

Oh. Kahit cash never pa kasi ako nagpunta lab na walang doctor's order. Di ko naman alam what tests to do Matagal na back pain ko pero ayoko lang talaga nagpupunta sa doctor. Akala ko talaga because of weight gain lang. Nung past 2 days lang talaga ako namilipit sa sakit

Standard lang naman Blood test eh pagawa mo lahat tapos pa Ultra sound ka whole abdomen. More or less makita na diyan kung stones ka or whatever.

when i feel something wrong i just go to a lab (like Hi-Precision) and get basic package which includes cbc, urinalysis, fbs, lipid profile etc

hindi naman kelangan instruction ng doc yan

para pag punta ko sa doc may dala na ako something to show

para hindi puro describe symptoms lang

the doc will tell me to get other tests if he suspects something

tulungan mo ung doctor para mas mabilis

ganyan din naman pag punta mo sa doc wala ka dala, the doc will tell you to get blood test which will likely be the basic stuff

madali na mga checkups ngayon kasi may mga HMO na.. so kung may Healthcard ka madali lang humingi nang request for lab tests..

Sa HealthFirst sa greenfield district ako nagpapa checkup..
