Tired. Treading water for 20 minutes while keeping my head, neck, and shoulders above the water is tiring.
I'm a little inis with my boss.
I am physically in Manila while on the org chart and by function I have already been transferred in HQ. I don't know what will happen to me. It's like I'm in purgatory hehe. I cannot take a long vacation because I have no back up or assistant and even a manager here in PH! I told my boss I want to go to the US for vacation for at least 3 weeks but he said I should stay put here in Manila! Now I say I am not going to work because of typhoon and he jokes to me that it's either a public holiday or doctor's appointment or typhoon and I am absentI know he is joking BUT the most I can have are 1 or 2 day vacations. I need a long break

Good.
As expected, my blood pressure is returning back to normal a few days after it became elevated due to me gorging on grilled chicken wings back in the 4th of July.
109/70 (pulse 53).
I'm also still a little tired from treading water for 20 minutes yesterday. I'm not doing that again. To top it off, I think I have a mild sunburn from staying in one spot too long.

Feeling half dead after driving 1000mi in/for 19hrs.
I wonder if someone has done something similar.
I did from Reno, Nevada to Oklahoma City at about the same time frame. 1500 miles. Day and night, no stops except for gas and rest room to take a whiz. Oh. The car had no A/C. Hot.
Those days are long gone. Enjoy the long drives while you're young and single.
Actually, back in 2012, I drove nonstop from Albany, New York (2:30 PM EST) to Rawlings, Wyoming (1900 miles, 9:30 PM MST) before we checked in to a motel. Very tired. We continued on to Reno, Nevada the next day. I was pissed because everyone slept good in the van except me.The wife didn't want to share driving chores.
