Thanks. I have been dealing with this rude and obnoxious coworker for more than half a year now. This person does nothing the whole day, chats with loud keyboard strokes, hunches in her seat as if watching a movie and shoos the crumbs of her food on the floor. It is distracting working with a barbarian with no manners and etiquette! My boss in HQ is aware of this and is really disgusted but my manager here seems to not mind this! Aside from being a neanderthal, she commits mistakes in what little work she has. Unbelievable!

That is my ultimate dream, to be a housewife! I just want to maintain my current lifestyle and take care of my family. I would be the happiest person on earth, "working" for people I love. But men that want wives who stay at home are rare na.

Don't mind her. Ganyan din ako when i was younger, pinapansin an co workers na tamad. Don't waste your energy. Yun local manager mo, di mo alam kung anong napapag usapan nila during their one on ones. Baka yun rating and merit increase nya this year is proportional naman sa performance nya. Focus on your work, always do things with integrity. Believe me, maski di ma pinagmamalaki yan, siguradong napapansin yan. Let management deal with that underperforming officemate.
