Laws on Banning firecrackers should follow the same route as illegal smoking. Can't lit them in public, if you still want to, do it inside your house.

How come there are cities implemented the total ban?

Bakit hindi pa i-ban ng national government?

Against human rights ba ang pagbabawal nito?

Eh kung ibawal eh di talagang mawawala or mababawasan drastically yan.

I lost track of days at the start of the break but now that it's almost over I am conscious of the days na! Happy New Year!
