Tired! I spent the afternoon giving my fat lab a bath and waxing my car.

Feeling great. Weather here in Tagaytay is perfect with slight rain earlier. My home for the next two nights and 2 days. All expense paid😃
Priceless bro. Going to CVT's place is always a nice experience. At home na ako dun sa bahay nya 😃
A failureI cannot even afford to pay for the PMS of my car. I hope my Lola realizes that money is really hard for me. Hindi lang ako nagrereklamo sa kanya

I won't be able to save din because my former expat friend said around 40% of gross salary will go to rent and utilitiesI have to stay in the expat area bec some locations are either too far or unsafe (daming middle eastern people) Food and transpo are cheap though kasi subsidized ng company.
I don't like Ford. Gusto ko hilux or fortuner haha. I don't like Montero na rin

No. She refuses to liquidate sellable properties. My Kuya said I have to work with a mindset that we will get nothing from our grandparents and parents. But sometimes I feel bad when my lola spends her money on my bum cousins, pati apo sa tuhod she pays for the education.

Your lola is right not sell properties. Yan lang ang pinakamagandang store of wealth ngaun. Regardless, if bagsak ang market just leave it be.
Regarding bum cousins, ewan ko I have my share of bum relatives na kunwari sipsip at affectionate just to save their asses. Sayang ng buhay na ngaun pa lang,
I need coding car
Yup. I don't plan to bring it in Pasig. Either Bicutan or BGC. Those casa have nice feedback kasi. I don't wanna casa nga. Sayang yunh binili ko na Liquimoly 5 L na FS sa baldwin filter. A friend told me kasi major ang 40k so best bring it in the casa.
May 2014 pa kasi lang PMS ko. I follow the 5k rule kasi.

I agree. Hindi naman tayo minimum wage workers living below the poverty line na yung income natin hindi talaga sapat to cover our basic needs.
It's really more of your mindset and willingness to live within your means. A monthly budget helps. Basic equation is Income - Savings = Expenses. As an employee, your income is pretty much fixed, but you're in charge of setting how much you want to save. 50%? 30%? 10%?
I think 20% is doable for most. If you can go higher, better. Then, from the net amount after you've automatically subtracted your savings, that's where you base your monthly budget.
If you convince yourself that your monthly disposable income (after savings) is just, say, 20k, then make sure to live within that budget. Isipin mo, yun lang talaga sweldo mo. Wag mo isipin na meron pa yung money allocated for savings.
Track your expenses and cut down on what's absolutely necessary only. Why 2 cars? Why not sell the other one, then Uber once a week? Maybe borrow your lola's car once a week? Perhaps less shopping on Amazon? Again, the key is to think like you only have very little income, and live within that constraint..

I was able to save 50% of my income before I started paying for my gas and car maintenance in late 2013. Since 2014 almost equal na yung DR and CR sa SOA ko
And I don't even pay for insurance and registration yetI do need to cut down on my online purchases. I also need to wake up early so I don't run out of parking space in the bldg.
I also don't charge my OT anymore during busy periods. OT pay used to help even for a few thousand. Sobrang higpit kasi sa OT. Sino ba gusto nagO OT diba? Para no issue I don't charge anymore. My other officemates nakaka demoralise kasi ininterrogate talaga.
