    Shocked.

    I just found out that a friend passed away. He was only in his mid-40s and what saddens me more is that he has two children in grade school and his wife passed away when they were still babies. I pray for the strength of the children on losing both parents at such a young age

    We should really take care of our health. I wish I could give up carbs. He was overweight kasi but I did not know that he was sick It was so sudden.

    Sleepy..had to wake up early to make 500 pcs of lumpiang shanghai and 2 pans of lasagna..is this for pacquiao's fight today?hmmm..i didn't ask lol
