Keep your options open but take the experience as a opportunity to step back, evaluate and regroup yourself. If you plan to leave, lay the groundwork so as you leave the company on a good note and don't burn any bridges. I did that with my previous (and first) job and to date, i know they still have the door open for me if i want to return.
