So what I did?....... nag tayo ako ng lending... now.. pag nangutang... may interest/ may garantor... so I'm assured na mag babayad...
Just made something out of a bad situation...

ill give half... then kahit hindi na nya bayaran...
pero kung para sa meds. ng anak nya or emergency at mabait naman at walang wala... at humble
ill give grace double ko pa...
ang qualification ko for helping is... kung humble and mabait cya at kung saan mapupunta money na bigay or pahiram ko...

One night,- pinapunta ko sa aming bahay at doon kami kumain (at pinainom ko pa).....
Tapos heto na,- kinabukasan, may isang pilit na gustong pumasok sa village at address /pangalan ko nga raw ang ibinigay sa gate guard,- at kailangan daw siya sa bahay namin para may kumpunihin.... (Later, na confirm ko na isa sa mga tropa ko na balak daw mangutang nga... )
Scary,- dahil wala nga kaming mag-asawa at tsaka walang pasabi-sabi sa akin,- basta na lang pupunta sa bahay....

May umutang pa sakin ng laptop worth 30k ang after few months ako pa inaway para hindi ko singilin. pinag pa sa dyos ko nalang makakarma din sila good karma naman balik sakin

Loaned him 3K for his Meralco bill. After awhile, nag-AWOL na sa office. Then we discovered among ourselves na halos lahat kami nautangan nya, pati mga bossing.

October 21st, 2014 12:11 PM #52If they are really your trusted friends, wala prob kung magpautang kasi you can collect through other means.
If friend lang sia in time of their need (and not when you have a need for them), pautang once, but never a second time unless bayaran ung first. Just be firm with your decisions and accept the consequences. Your friend will understand as long as consistent ka.
There is nothing wrong to ask questions why they are borrowing. Dig into the need for money and understand fully the situation. Its your hard earned money you'll spend without you directly benifiting (monetary or otherwise). Based on what you discover, you can decide how much to give. It is also good to sleep it out at least a night. Most borrowers are uptight during the time they borrow, but sometimes find a way to accept the situation or find a resolution the next day.

It makes me wonder what happened to his finances e he used to be so galante.

Sa akin kc nagpa hiram ako ng 10t pero nailista kasi sa tubig kaya ayun nakalimutan na. Since then hindi lumampas sa 10t pina hiram ko basta in dire need lng ang nghiram. Kaya may ceiling na ako na till 5t na lng.
