There have been several instances na nagcomplain ang customer na kulang daw nadeliver na items, although they signed the receipts naman na complete ang delivery. They just find out when they check their inventory the next day or after a few days.

Supposed to be 4 cases yung last pero 3 cases lang yung nakita sa CCTV. Nung na-interrogate yung delivery boy, di na daw nya maalala, i-charge nalang daw 'sila', meaning pati yung kasama nyang delivery boy for that customer babayaran yung kulang.

I am thinking of giving a reward to anyone who can point to a fellow worker na nagnanakaw, anonimously. And with proof dapat. But what will be the repercussions sa ganitong reward system?

And before anyone would say na kaya nagnanakaw mga tao ko is because mababa ang pasweldo namin, in our line of business here in our area, kami na ang pinakamalaki magpasahod. Most are above minimum. We give overtime pay, free rice for 3 meals a day, and may meal allowance pa for deliveries outside of the province. Libre pa tulugan nila, may wide screen TV pa sila and malaki ang toilet and bathroom nila.

    Question?

    1. How do you manage your inventory?
    2. Do you have policies and procedure for this?
    3. Do you have proper execution of this policy with Job Responsibility?

Its not about the salary and how you treat your workers.

For me responsibility yan ng customers mo, maglagay sila ng checker pag binababa na...right there and then makikita na nila kung kulang and pwede na kaagad I report Sayo so alam mo na agad na nag Nagnakaw tao mo..

Kaya dun papasok ang Inventory and Delivery Process mo. Dapat may process ka nang IN/OUT of your products and yung delivery process mo kung paano tatanggapin nang client mo yun.

Every item is logged, in and out. We don't overstock even if there will be a price increase, usually advance PO kami sa suppliers pag ganyan. So madali magbilang ng inventories. Sa deliveries, nakalog lahat din which truck nagdeliver, the driver and the helpers. May delivery intructions naka attach sa mga delivery receipts, nakalagay dun kung may checke na ibabayad or cash, or pipirmahan lang DR, and time in and time out sa customer.

Sa responsibilities, pasok labas ng items sa warehouse, responsibility ng warehouse manager, pag na-load na sa truck, responsibility na ng driver and his helpers. Alam nilang lahat yan.

Sir kung gusto mo PM mo ako then tawagan mo ako. baka matulungan kita.

If you catch an employee stealing even one peso, bring them to police, file a case, put them in jail. Letting them go or just charging the loss means there's no risk stealing from you. They need to be afraid of consequences. Giving employees all the perks will not make them loyal. Pay them well, treat them well, feed them well. It when the time comes when they are in need (usually money) and you reject them, they won't remember any of them.
