Actually makakahanap ka pa naman. Kaso lang, di sila bibitawan ng amo nila. Our boy help told me na he's been with us for 15 years na, I didn't realize it until he told me. He can be trusted with anything. Sobrang honest. Yun nga lang hirap siya when you let him think for himself (lack of education) so we teach him several things so he can learn. Most often we have to instruct him what to do to the letter. So I told my dad dalhin namin siya sa isang tech/vocational school so he'll be better off.

Same average living standards as in the US? Then you'd be paying them the same amount you're being paid for standard labor, which might be too expensive.

Once you learn to do things yourself, I tell you, you won't go back and let others handle it for you. You mentioned you lived in the east coast for several years, with that I'm sure you realize that self service also has its benefits.
