Will use insulated glass (triple pane for bedrooms and double pane for living) and will have curtains or blinds to help with the heat.

Will make sure there is cross ventilation (sa condo walang cross ventillation).

And the house faces the morning sun so not too hot (though still heat will be an issue). Roof and eaves length will help mitigate.

As for glass cleaning....maybe once a year lang naman needed to clean haha. But i have experience cleaning the glass in my existing house....newspapers are the best for cleaning.
