If a 150 sqm house is good enough for you, then yes, 6M would be on the safe side to include fences and landscaping...

Oh, but my post did not consider the cost of the lot. Anyway, if you build it yourself and with a really modest design, I think 25k/sqm would be sufficient. At least that's what I'm planning to do next year, to stretch my budget.

I came across a youtube channel that shows properties for sale. I am so AMAZED with how big they can build now. 250-300 square metres and the kitchen and rooms are huge! Below is a 425 sq m lot area but I though it had to be at least 600 sq m. Wow! Hindi nga lang materyales fuertes, kaya I prefer talaga to build on my own.

I told my Mom if I had money I would demolish our house and build new. But my Mom insists it's only an illusion and we should not touch what my Dad built (love how my Mom values my Dad so much)

My Lola avoids going to our house at the south because she said it's so small and lacks air circulation that it makes her claustrophobic (e di sana malaki binigay niya lol)

I'm never going to live in Antipolo though Samin sa Laguna puno na rin sa street, maganda sana yung ganyan na wala halos mga bahay

Pinapanood ko rin yan Channel na yan. Mostly puro townhouse ang feature niya.

Nasa planning and design lang talaga to maximize yun floor area.

the lens is distorting the depth of field.
count his steps, as he walks the length of the driveway.

and as always, travel time will depend on where one works, and where one sleeps.

hindi ko pa napanuod yang youtube video pero kung usapang bahay eh if you have the land eh dapat malawak parking and yung main door ng bahay eh hindi dapat katabi ng garahe....

naiinis ako pag tabi pintuan bahay at kotse..... kulob eh.... na impede airflow....

    I find it really amazing.

I won't live in Antipolo/Cainta even if they paid me to. I once visited a friend in one of the villages along Ortigas Ave extension and it was a NIGHTMARE. It's traffic even on a Sunday. The area floods pa. I'm okay moving away from Makati but Southbound. I love driving at the Skyway and SLEX on a Sunday or Holiday

Kaya nga sabi ko sa Mommy ko gibain yung house namin. Ayaw. hahaha! Hindi ko alam pano ako napadpad sa channel niya. I don't like watching the townhouse, kahit gaano pa kalaki, hindi ko gusto yung gilid nakasagad na walang eskinita. Gusto ko yung sa ganyan village na wala pang mga bahay kasi maaliwalas.

I'm surprised that he said 4 car garage. In my view it can fit 8 cars (2 side by side x 4). I would suppose a car with an 8 car garage that is proportioned to the house would have to be at least 600 sq m.

I told my Mom it was huge at 400+ sq meters and it still had the standard perimeter on the side, a lawn and backyard (not like some houses na sagaran). She insists it's just an illusion. I got asar pa at my Mom but she might be right?

Uy Zandro Gonzales. No idea how I ended up with his videos before but since then I got hooked to watching his listings. Naaliw lang and minsan looking at how the newer designs look like and baka pwede apply sa akin since I live in an old condo.
