the unwanted inevitable earthquake will be the test of houses and buildings designed and built poorly. there should be different standards for different seismic zones. if you will have your house built, don't be happy with the "pwede na yan" design and build by the contractor.

C4U, enroll mo na lang ung dog mo sa training school, ung item na gusto nya kainin o sirain pahiran mo ng sili.

pag disiplinado ang dog mo mas mag enjoy ka na kasama mo sha.

parang tulad ng comments sa forums, pag disiplinado ang mga drivers sa palibot mo, hindi ka din stress out sa pag drive.

kung light materials at maliit lang sobra pa yan.

1. how much it will cost to build my dream house.

2. how much it will cost to build a house that will pass the building code.

Nagulat din ako na it will cost me almost 50k to build a place for my fat lab. Pinakamahal yung labor for the roof.

Ano nga pala ibig sabihin ng contingency? Kasama kasi yung sa quote ng contractor namin.

Light materials without proper foundation, kaya bungalow around 60sqmtr.

Kung with garage and cement foundation and walls, mahihirapan. Better save up some more.

Unforseen expense or in other words "extra kita ng contractor"

50k is too expensive for one car port.

Tinataga na kayo ng contractor hindi niyo pa alam.

Edit: tanongin mo contractor niyo kung pwede sanyo materials then sila lang labor. Kung hindi pumayag, tinataga kayo kaya maliit singil sa contractors fee.

May marerecommend ba kayo na developer/contactor. We're planning to build our family house early next year sana. I don't have any idea ano mga kelangan.
