the unwanted inevitable earthquake will be the test of houses and buildings designed and built poorly. there should be different standards for different seismic zones. if you will have your house built, don't be happy with the "pwede na yan" design and build by the contractor.

pag disiplinado ang dog mo mas mag enjoy ka na kasama mo sha.

Unforseen expense or in other words "extra kita ng contractor"
50k is too expensive for one car port.
Tinataga na kayo ng contractor hindi niyo pa alam.
