kasi alam ng agency ang contact details ni KABAYAN

haha ang pede lang gawin ng agency mo i ban sya sa kanilang agency company i mean kung mag apply uli ang friend mo sa agency na yan for another company and another contract or another country di na pede.
Pero HDO hehe me batas tayo dyan di basta basta ginagawa yan maliban na lang kung me ari ng agency si Raul Gonzales
parang IPAMS sa leon guinto kahigpit dyan.

Sigurado yan, kasi, pag nauwi naman tayo, di naman tayo nagri-report sa agency na nagpa-alis sa atin di ba? Not unless na yung worker, nadalaw pa rin sa agency.
Usually naman pag napaalis ka na nila, wala na sila pakialam, not unless na magkaroon ng problema sa pinuntahan ng worker.

as to the question, what can the employer legally do is to file an administrative case before the poea for blacklisting on the ground of failure to complete the contract. with that, your relative "may" be barred from seeking employment abroad; or stated otherwise, his subsequent contract of employment abroad would not be approved by poea so long as his name is in the blacklist.
as to whether he can travel, he can so long as he has a visa to the country he intends to go to. what is only affected is his foreign employment as an ofw, which normally goes throough a local agency and approved by poea.
if the agency did not bother to file an administrative case, he may seek foreign employment through another agency. no sweat. if he is blacklisted, he may need to contest it. that's a lot of sweat.
