    I'm going to attend a debut party. Guests are required to wear formal attires in pastel colors.

    Pwede ba mag barong?

    Kapag suit, ok ba black with pastel inner?

    Considered formal ba if long sleeves lang?

    Diyan ako walang ka alam alam. Sa topic ng fashion so Im going to watch this thread.

    Basta huwag ka magsusuot ng printed shirt at printed tie na sabay unless you are confident you can pull it off. Hehe

    Considered formal yung longsleeves, necktie, slacks and black leather shoes.

    Pls correct me if I'm wrong. Mga prof ko kasi na strict about dress code na kailangan nakacorpo yan ang nirerequire samen.

    from what i know pwede to. pero minsan nakaka-OP pag dating kasi puro naka-suit mga tao

    Suit na lang naman kulang jan, dala ka na lang sa car at iwanan mo dun. Pag nakita mo na naka-suit mostly lahat ng guests then kunib mo na lang.

    Long sleeves muna. Then, bring tie and coat, "just in case". Gives you flexibility....

    If mag coat with tie ako, I'll need to wear it na. I-drop off lang kasi kami ng driver sa venue then may ihahatid pa. Babalikan kami pag patapos na party.

    Pero ok lang ba black coat tapos yung inner naka pastel?

    Pwede ba coat without tie?

    I think the inner pastel (that is the long sleeves) should work. You just have to find the right color/form of tie for that...

    Brits normally wear coat without tie... But bro.,- it is better to overdress than to underdress...

    Black coat and a safe pastel-like color like light pink, light blue or light yellow should be fine. Tapatan mo ng darker colored tie, black socks, and black shoes. metal strap watch nalang or black leather watch.

    Agree here. Socks should be long enough that your skin is not seen when you lift your pants (or do a de-kwatro).

    Black socks always go with black shoes...kung brown shoes naman, most of the time kakulay ng pants...gray or khaki kadalasan...

    and tama si vinj, don't forget basic accessories...a watch would be okay!
