    We all love our cars!

Pero minsan, meron talaga yung overnight party, tapos hindi maayos yung parking location mo...

Next morning, either nawawala na cover ng tire valve. Or may maliit na bata kaya flat na gulong mo.

This thread is just for fun! Lesson learned!
    Let's share our stories...

    Una na ako.

Morning after, basag yung small window ng car... Ninakaw yung unan ko (car is not tinted)

Happened to my friend in a paid parking ng mall!... Morning after, wala nang head/tail light yung car nya! - diretso kami to file a police report, mall security and police were wondering kung paano kinalas ng magnanakaw.

Not my car. But a family car. Happened when i was young. Tires were stolen. It was parked just outside our house in qc.

When i was still a kid, my dad's italian made vitalini baby turbo side mirrors were stolen from his car while we were attending mass in our village. Mainit siguro sa mata kasi kulay puti.

Hindi pa nga overnight iyon, mga 45 minutes lang nakaparada sa may simbahan namin

one morning, lubog yung bubong ng kotse.
how it happened, we still do not know.
buti na lang, a push from below was all it took. and there was no mark of it afterward.

Stray cats always sleep on top of our cars at night... in our garage

Worst is probably those motorcycle riders stealing valve caps from RCBC Plaza parking. (Parating dalawa kinukuha eh.. back when motorcycles can park in the same floor with cars...obviously they got complaints and so they eventually were banned to park in multiple floors)

Nothing. I left my car unlocked with my dashcam in plain sight and my registration/insurance papers inside the glove compartment.

My neighbor even leaves his garage door open overnight with expensive machinery and tools in plain view.

My brother - our drunk neighbor crashed his car on my brother's parked car in front of our house. That neighbor of ours was sort of an asshole and we thought it was karma because the part replaced had to be ordered abroad so that was a very expensive lesson for him.

He also woke up with his car nakapatong na sa hollow blocks I don't even know how these magnanakaws did it. But that was the 90s so no CCTVs yet.

This happened 10 yrs.na siguro, our vechicle was a korean wrangler type jeep korando. Parked in front oof a bank with a security guard. I remember gave 50 pesos to manong guard just to let watched the vehicle. Morning came, tires were intact, no scratches, side mirrors andun pa, sa loob loob ko swerte ko binantayan ni manong guard. Pagsusi ko, deym gas empty warning light is blinking! Haha hndi nga tinira ang sasakyan pinaihi naman ang krudo.

Left my car door open, keys in the ignition, registration papers on the passenger seat. Parked outside the house.

Realized this after i returned from a 5 day vacation.

    that's easy.
all you need, is a jack, a cross tire wrench, and a few hollow blocks.
that's how they steal expensive mags and nice tires, too.

I meant I was wondering how they stole the tires/mags since the security is quite tight. My brother was so pissed because those were fairly new mags that his then GF gifted him. It felt like a comedy skit because he did not notice it agad hahaha

Several years ago, it was carnapping naman, but they found out that the carnappers lived within the village pala

if there's eight of you, each with the "tools of the trade", all the wheels will have been out in under 2 minutes. we all know how quiet the process can be.

we even used to have contests on who can do it fastest.
i won, because i was heavier and didn't need a breaker bar.

But I was wondering how they got inside the village. And then, how they were able to carry those tires, so I suppose they had a vehicle also. It seems like they also know what mags are expensive because my brother would always park his car outside but when he got those expensive ones, it got stolen shortly after.

maybe they're villagers! maybe they're just out for some fun, and not really professional thieves.
two tires can fit in a good-sized rear trunk.
the guard does not check villagers' trunks.
