    Its the most potent Anti-oxidant, supposedly side-effect yung skin lightening pero yung iba ginagamit talaga siya for skin lightening.
    My Mom who's a smoker has been taking gluta for more than a year para iwas cancer ayun mas lalo pang naging maputi.

    puputi ba as in lahat ng part baka kasi maiwan ang neck ang arms .baka face lang ?

    ito din ba ang gamit ng mga nag jajapayuki ?

    tested daw yan, side effects niya yung puputi ang balat, pero anti-oxidants ito, mahal nga lang almost 1500 to 2500 pesos, pero ingat ka may fake nyan, sayang pera, yan ang ginagamit ng mga artista, pantay ang magiging effect sa balat, yung kapitbahay naming nag jajapan, yan ang gamit, ang puti at ang ganda ng balat, yan ang sikreto nya. 3 weeks daw kita mo na epekto, kung maitim ka mas matagal mong makikita ang epekto.
