    ummm.... study and practice computing whenever you can.

    go to a good review school and listen to what they teach instead of just taking their handouts and sample tests. it would lessen the time needed to think of how to find the solution.

    lastly: study, study, study

    kelan ka ba magtake?this may?mahirap daw sabi lang ng ex ko dati kasi hindi siya pumasa.nagreview siya dun sa review school sa may UST?

    Anyway,nagboard exam narin ako pero hindi ECE..but then ang advice ko lang,aral ka pero wag mo papaguriin utak mo,mahirap maoverload eh..like u can study 8hrs a day after nun rest ka na..tapos 2days prior exam wag ka na mag-aral,relax ka na..during exam try mo wag magbura ng sagot or kung hindi mo maiwasan,pati likod burahin mo..at siyempre ang pinakamahalaga,magpray ka din,nakakatulong talaga...good luck and God bless!kaya mo yan!san skul ka pla?

    Get a copy of compiled ECE board exams (and solutions) for the past years. I saw one in NB some years ago. This should give you an idea how the exams are being done these days. Can't help you here since I took mine a long time ago...

    hi BlueGirl. thanks sa encouragement! this april na po ang ECE board exams kaya malapit na, tapos nagwo-work na rin ako kaya ang hirap taga-dlsu po ako

    CVT, ask ko lang kung kelan ka nag-board if u don't mind? at ano pala yung NB?

    wag mo ako gayahin, i didnt even tried taking the ECE board exam after i grauduated last 2002 , i didnt tried working sa mga electronics comany ,, coz di ko gusto lol. nagdecide ako magshift ng career even before i graduated...

    I stayed 3 days lang sa review center... tinamad na ako ...

    yan ang wag mo gagayahin... kabaligtaran ng sakin

    group study... be involved in that during weekends...
    sa case ko nag work narin ako right after graduating... then 2 weeks leave for preparation.. sa awa ng diyos, pumasa naman... April2001 ako nag take..

    galing mo naman nakakaaral ka pa after office?well good luck and God bless...sabi nila minsan swertihan daw ang pagpasa sa board..pero mas naniniwala ako basta nag-aral at nagdasal ka kaya mo yan!

    rj tim: I took the ECE board exam noong pang 80's, so a lot of things have changed. I actually did very well. Basta aral ka lang nang maigi and I'm sure you are going to make it. Relax a day before the exam and do not panic. Just keep your cool because you've done your part already (in reviewing). During our time, the best review school is in UST (I am from another school though).... Good luck!

    yeah, Divine Intervention coupled with hardwork could really do wonders hirap talaga pagsabayin ang work at review, lalo na kung wala kang motivation... buti na lang may motivation ako, kundi walang mangyayari...

    wow! mas hanga ako sa yo kasi ang alam ko noon di pa multiple choice ang ECE board pero u did well

    rj tim: You're correct! Hindi pa nga multiple choice noon. But I think the examiners were giving some points if your solution was pointing towards the answer (not really sure here, though).. Pray hard and sincere. It really helps!

    Hey, strictly my personal opinion here,- passing the ECE board exam is undeniably a milestone in our professional and techie life. It also means a lot to our parents and relatives - iyon bang nakasabit ang iyong lisensiya sa dingding ng bahay for everyone to see. However, not making it, is not the end of the world. You see, I have renewed my license only once, and after that no more. You need your license if you're into telecommunications and other related fields. Otherwise, it's just an item in your resume. I hope you're taking this in the proper perspective. A good number of my friends did not make it,- but they're doing equally well... Again, just sharing my personal opinion for whatever it's worth.

    Just want that pressure off your back so that you can concentrate on what you want to achieve. Go for it!

    study hard...day and night..wala muna inom alak..alcohol affects your memory..put fish on your diet....brain food yan e....
    then 3 days before the exam..give yourself a break....wag ka na hahawak ng reviewer and don't think of the things you studied...nuod sine, swimming, basketball, badminton, etc....no alcohol drinking...get enough sleep..iwas puyat bago exam....then on the day of the exam..ligo ka cold water to stimulate your whole body...eat breakfast.

    nothing beats getting enough sleep..iwas puyat!..the brain needs to rest.

    goodluck sa mga magtetake ng ECE board....i took mine 1991..i passed it luckily.

    preparation is very important.

    after the exam...forget about it...celebrate!..drink! drink! drink!..party time!

    one tip kapag nagrereview.... dont eat bago magreview, biscuit ok lang, pero wag magpakabusog, this way yung utak mo focused sa pagrereview at hindi sa pagtunaw ng kinain

    pwede dn pag review ka,eat chocolates or sweets(glucose food for the brain) nakakagising ng utak..tapos sa araw ng exam dont forget magbaon ng candy para hindi ka matense habang nagexam...magbaon ka din ng water..

    tama nga yung hindi naman life and death situation ang pagpasa sa board.

    i've got lots of friends who are doing very well even if they didn't have licenses. di naman lahat ng tao, gusto ang technical jobs e

    galingan mo ha! taga dlsu rin ako e. hehehe
