Their text spam system is also annoying. You subscribed out of it multiple times, and still they keep on sending you crap.
This bill issue is more or less the same thing.
THEIR OWN BLOODY PEOPLE NEED TO BLOODY TALK TO EACH OTHER MORE.
Mas grabe ang Sun. Sobra palpak mga branches nila. Walang pakialaman. Kanya kanya kumbaga.
Last May, pinalitan ng Market-Market branch yung sim card ng unli-internet plan ko kasi luma na daw. And i had to pay 100 for the new sim. Since then, hindi parin activated yung sim card pero monthly ako nachacharge (auto debit sa credit card).
Then last Sept, yung call/text sim ko naman hindi makakonek. Yun pala inactive na. Pero monthly parin ako nagbabayad ng 1.6k+
Everyday ako tumatawag sa hotline nila, almost an hour hindi makakonek.
Every week ako pumpunta sa Market Market branch nila, sobra dami tao hindi naman ako naasikaso.
Pagpunta ko sa Shangri La branch last Sept, sabi hindi daw kasi pinasok ng tiga Market Market yung new sim sa network nila kaya hindi makakonek. And hindi pwede sila ang mag ayos. Dapat daw pumunta ako sa Market Market. Pina-disconnect ko na unli-internet plan. At pina-activate ko yung pang call/text.
Then come Oct, wala parin call & text tapos nacharge parin ako sa uni-internet. Punta ako sa Cash & Carry branch nila, sabi wala naman daw ginawa yung Shangri La branch. Dapat daw punta ulit ako dun. Ginawa ko naman dito, paputol yung anti-bill shock nila sa text kasi almost 2 months ko na hindi nagamit.
Til now Dec wala parin nangyari sa mga reklamo ko after 8 months. 4 na ang ref # ko sa mga kapalpakan nila.
Sa globe, isang tawag lang sa hotline, solve kaagad ang reklamo/request.
Maganda naman daw yung bagong building ng Globe sa Da Port. Dyan napunta yung pera.
3 months akong di nagbabayad ng bill ngayon lang na disconnect linya ko sa globe![]()
Lets be honest, Globe is the "least worst" telecom
Globe have fixed their problems with calls last year
use prepaid na lang. Kaya kami sa bahay walang monthly mobile phone bills eversince. Dahil alam na namin ang mga crap services nang mga mobile provider.![]()
Ok naman yung globe postpaid eh..been with them for 7 years na and never naman nagkaron ng problem sa bill..may prepaid ako pero for sun/smart lang..
If I may say so, let's not be overly critical. It's not like Globe is still gunning the customer to pay up. They've already admitted to the oversight and had made the adjustments so I don't think there's still any need for them to get flakked on.
This sort of thing happens to ANY telco... like what happened to this AT&T customer: AT&T Bill Shock ? Total Amount Due: $215,643.58 (After a $1,359.17 Adjustment Credit) | Stop the Cap! (That's equivalent to about P9M+)
