    based on lunar calendar

    so paiba iba ang date ng ghost month the same way paiba iba ang date ng chinese new year

    the same way Easter sunday is also based on lunar

    CVT was asking kasi kung paiba iba ang date ng ghost month

    i answered yes paiba iba coz based on lunar calender

    aralin ko nga history ng ghostmonth kung bakit seryoso sa pagsunod mga eastasians or ginawang gimik ritual lang pangpaswerte.

    Kasi kung sino pa walang dugo chinese mas seryoso nagfollow sa ganyan.

    Last year and 2years ago nakalimutan nga yan.

    More expensive ingredients ... also some have more expensive packaging than regular hopia ...

    Niregaluhan kami ng mooncake in a box from Shangri-la many years ago. It was a beautiful heavy duty box which we still for storing whatever at kung di alam ng makakakita, di nya maiisip na hopia lang pala laman nun dati.

    tsikoteers alamin nyo kasi difference ng mooncake

    - real mooncake usually lotus paste, salted egg, tapos may version pa madami nuts & seeds.

    - entry level mooncake uses black monggo.

    - regular hopia uses basic monggo beans.
