Bro.,- 1HP=746W- for simplicity.- let's put it at 1KW or 1KVA - so for every 1HP comprehending starting current (x3)- plan for 3KVA capacity.

So, for your factor of safety for motors with huge starting current,- then your 22KVA can support 7HP total, probably more, but you can experiment and monitor, as this is on the very safe side... Lighting,- not much load so this is your extra 1KVA.....(22/3 = 7 remainder of 1)
