* renzo - txt received sir. pero prefer ko vacant lot. gusto ko kc sarili kong house design.
Mahirap yata magdeclare ng budget.hehe. Basta ang clear lang eh hindi ako pang super upscale na subdivision (like ayala estates na anlalaki pa ng cut ng lote). Before ondoy they are selling lot at 16K/sq.m but now it's at least 30K/sq.m

* vinj - that is exactly my point. kahit xavierville may part din na binaha. Inquired also in tierra pura. pero ang nagiisang lot na nabasa ko na for sale. sold out agad.

Marami kasi ako sir binebentang lot so need ko budget para mabigay ko po sainyo pinaka-swak. Hehe. Kahit estimate lang siguro po.

Hello mga sirs. Sana pwede itong thread na ito. Would be a great help ang magiging mga reply nyo po. Pasig po ako nakatira. Flooded kami during Ondoy. It was the first time. We decided na mag relocate syempre sa hindi na binabahang lugar, sa metro manila pa rin. Ang problema hindi mo na masabi kung alin sa mga areas ang binaha noon. Pag nagtitingin kami ng lote sasabihin flood-free tapos pag nag interview kami sa mga kapitbahay, binaha daw. So makakatulong po kung first hand ko malalaman sa inyo kung binaha nga kayo o hindi i.e. noong ondoy o kahit anong bagyo. Need ko lang po kahit area (or name ng subdivision) at kung binaha o hindi.many thanks

hindi nabaha ang lugar namin sa may tandang sora (saint dominic 6 subdivision).diko nga alam na nabaha ang maraming lugar sa metro manila if hindi ako nanood ng tv patrol.

the scouts area is infamous for flash-flooding.
but unless there is someone standing on the road, estimating the depth of the flood can be tricky, especially to strangers in the area.
better to simply avoid the neighborhood altogether.

i remember that video of several years past.

But to be fair, laging handa doesnt have flooded streets. Yung boundary lang
