    Mabait nga daw at mapagkawanggawa yung may-ari, kaya hindi nila akalain na magagawa niya yun sa mga bata. Pati nga si Sen. Bong, mabait daw ang pagkakakilala sa kanya.

    Boboy Ducat, son of the hostage-taker, said the Parola day-care center is a project of his father.

    Boboy also said his father has no violent tendencies and had always looked after the welfare of the people.

    "Mahinahon po ang tatay ko at mapagkawanggawa. Nagpapalibing nga 'yan ng libre may sarili siyang funeraria itatawag mo lang (My father is a calm person and is charitable. He provides funeral service for free to those who need it)," Boboy said.
